Christina has been with Cronk Duch Architecture and CD+ urban studios since 2022. After graduating with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Christina spent her early career building operational excellence in higher education working on scalable program development for large systems and developing effective experiential learning systems. Utilizing her passion for improving KPIs by practical applications and enhanced environments, Christina spent a decade consulting with STEM industries on improving people management, owning the change process, and developing L&D programs that are practical, applicable, and have evidenced based outcomes before partners Joe Cronk and Cliff Duch lured her into the beautiful world of waterfront architecture.

Based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Christina balances her executive responsibilities with a variety of creative and community-focused pursuits. When she isn't herding her team of architects and designers, she is a dedicated writer and business owner. Christina publishes online serials and short stories for adults who love things a little spooky and had her first children's book, Elbows in my Applesauce, published in 2023 which is a delightful read for rule breakers everywhere. She works alongside her husband and three children in their family business which focuses on developing youth athletes. Christina loves teaching young minds persistence and leadership through athletic endeavors and volunteers her time and knowledge to several community youth leagues.
