In addition to creating distinguished designs, Cronk Duch Partners recognizes that architecture begins with thoughtful planning. Our designs are enhanced by well planned neighborhoods, communities, towns and cities that allow for both residential privacy and public interaction.
We are inspired by neighborhood and town planning projects that embrace the quaint charm of the historically significant towns like Savannah and Charleston. These “walkable” communities allow convenient proximity to shops, dining, schools, parks, places of worship and general gatherings. Our communities also respect environmental sensitivities and identify the efficient and practical implementation of the utility systems that support and service these communities.
Cronk Duch Partners consistently teams with prominent Land Planners throughout the South East region to plan and design these integrated communities. Pattern-book guidelines and design briefs are then developed which define and identify select architectural styles and details. Some examples of these pattern-book applications include, niche development, neighborhood infill, town centers, church campus planning and resort properties.
